3. Scope of Services

• Advance payments are mandatory and non-refundable

5. Marketing & Performance Disclaimer

Beenetz does not guarantee:

• Sales, leads, revenue, or ROI
• Search engine rankings
• Advertising platform approvals or performance

Results depend on external factors including algorithms, budgets, competition, and market behavior beyond our control.

6. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate content, credentials, and approvals
• Own or have rights to all provided materials
• Respond in a timely manner

Beenetz is not responsible for delays caused by client inaction.

7. Intellectual Property

• All work remains the property of Beenetz until full payment
• Upon payment, final deliverables transfer to the client
• Beenetz retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing

Unauthorized resale or reuse is prohibited.

8. Third-Party Services

Beenetz may integrate third-party tools (hosting, ads platforms, plugins, APIs). We are not liable for:

• Downtime
• Policy changes
• Third-party failures

Clients must comply with third-party terms independently.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Beenetz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service

10. Termination

Beenetz may terminate services for:

• Breach of terms
• Non-payment
• Illegal or abusive activity

Payments made remain non-refundable.

11. Confidentiality

Client information will be handled with reasonable care and disclosed only if legally required.

12. Modifications

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hon'ble Madras High Court, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and no other court.
